Customer & Order Management
All customer and order information is stored within the management system. Our easy-to-use management system allows you to view the order status, view orders by customer, cancel and change orders, and set orders in a backorder status. Additionally, the cart stores all abandoned orders within the management system.
My Account Area
Your customers can login to your site and view their address book, order status, tracking numbers and order history. You can customize this area to provide additional information like company news or new product information.

Using one of the many payment processing gateways in the cart, you can completely automate your payment processing. If you prefer to handle your processing off-line, then you can use our PinnProcesing gateway to securely retrieve credit card information from your customers.
Product Update and Newsletter Tool
Using our Product Update Tool, you can notify customers when new products are added to your site. You can also send out newsletters to your customer base directly through the admin area. You can also export your customers e-mail addresses to other e-mail management systems.
