Checking out constitutes your understanding of these terms. This is a binding contract between Stretched Pixel Productions, LLC and the client listed during checkout. These services have been agreed upon for the designated price. All jobs require a 50% deposit before work can begin. Deposits are only refundable if no work is completed by Stretched Pixel Productions, LLC. Refunds can only be granted within 5 days of initial. Work constitutes any conceptual, graphic, or programming. The remaining balance is due within 5 days of job completion. Stretched Pixel Productions, LLC cannot and will not be responsible for any materials that are owned by the client including lost or damaged materials.
